Rodolphe S. Imhoof, has a PhD in law from the University of Geneva and has been posted at the Swiss Embassy in Greece and Germany, Ambassador in Asia, in Central America and in Paris UNESCO. He is specialized in negotiation, a topic he continues to teach. He is currently President of the Foundation for History of the Swiss in the World.
